The problem: After a trip to the doctor, I was prescribed 5 different medications, each with a different dose and frequency. One med was supposed to be taken twice per day, another 3 times per day, and others were to be taken every 6 hours or every 4 hours. That schedule was pretty complex due to the overlapping frequencies, and nearly impossible to remember.

The solution I came up with was to make a schedule with days of the week as rows and hours as columns, so that I could plan when to take the various medications. I added a circle "O" in the sheet for the plan, and marked an "X" in the sheet after it was taken.
