Description

This spreadsheet lets you create a 1-page calendar for any academic year, starting with the year and month that you choose. If you list dates in the Events section, the dates will be highlighted in the calendar.

Description

These academic calendars consist of 14 months on separate worksheets. The XLSX files are theme-enabled, so you can easily change the color scheme in Excel 2007 or later. They also include common US holidays, and you can edit the Events worksheet to include more events or holidays. The spreadsheet will show up to 3 events per day using this method.

After choosing the starting year and month, you can edit the calendar as needed, but you will need to start over with a new copy of the spreadsheet to create the following year's calendar because manual changes that you make to the calendar do not change when you select a different year.

To print the full calendar to a PDF using the Excel files, you can simply go to File & Print and select "PDF" as the printer type and then select "Print Entire Workbook" from the print options. Hide the Events worksheet first, or you'll end up with a blank page at the end.
