Excel Mortgage Spreadsheet for Calculation of Mortgage Payments and Interest

Do all the different types of mortgages and loans confuse you? If so, you're not alone. There are hundreds of websites that have online mortgage calculators, but I prefer to work with Excel spreadsheets so I can customize things a bit more. When I hear about things like "interest-only mortgages", or "adjustable rate mortgages" (ARM), or "bi-weekly mortgage amortization", I usually research them and create a spreadsheet to figure out how it all works.
