This simple spreadsheet is a great way to record attendance at meetings, clubs, scouts, church, and Sunday School classes. Print the blank attendance record for your notebook or clipboard. Then transfer the information to your spreadsheet to keep an electronic attendance record.
You can enter arbitrary dates for tracking meeting attendance, or if you are tracking church attendance or Sunday school attendance, you can enter the first date in cell C5 manually and then use a formula like =C5+7 for the following week.
Simply copy/insert/paste existing rows or columns to add additional people or dates. Attendance is totaled by date and by person.
