How it Works:
The bar chart is created using conditional formatting rather than an actual bar chart object.

Features:
- Shows up to 11 months (limited by the number of columns available in Excel, one of the reasons for excluding weekends)
- Includes a slider for changing the range of dates, allowing you to create plans spanning more than a year.
- Shows the current date as a vertical red line.
- Easily add tasks and subtasks by copying and pasting rows.
